You have the opportunity to realign yourself right now. All things aside, you cannot control the situations around you but you can take responsibility for yourself. In reality, what is stopping you other than yourself?
Live stream yoga classes are a great way to begin cultivating healthy habits. Besides from it being good for your body, it also does wonders for the mind. After all, there is a reason for the saying “healthy body often translates to healthy mind and vice versa.”
